Wine club shipments go out twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. We will send you an email a few weeks before your order is processed so that you can customize your shipment and add items to your order. No, we will not charge your card until we process your spring and fall shipments. We send out upcoming shipment notification emails that include the date we will process your payment a few weeks before your shipment is processed so that you can customize your shipment or add items to your order before we process your payment. If you signed up between shipments and would like to receive your first shipment ASAP, please reach out to us at shop@cantinadelvesuvio.com.
You get free shipping and your wine club discount on any orders of six bottles or more placed between your regular wine club shipments. Just make sure you are logged into your account so that your membership benefits are applied!
Please reach out to us at shop@cantinadelvesuvio.com and we will do our best to reroute your shipment to a different location. Please note that FedEx and UPS charge a fee to change the address. We are unable to reroute packages to an address in a different state.
To update your delivery address, billing address, or payment method, log in to your wine club account. Once you are logged in, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the “Edit” button in the appropriate box.
Yes! You can customize your selections for each customer choice shipment by logging into your account and then clicking the “Customize Your Shipment” button. From there you can switch your selections, add additional bottles of wine, or add our add-on items such as extra virgin olive oil or red wine vinegar to your shipment.
We are unable to manage your shipment once it has left our warehouse. You must contact either FedEx or UPS yourself. Please reach out to FedEx or UPS directly to manage delivery options if you will not be home to receive your package. We strongly recommend that you receive the package on the first delivery attempt. You can manage your delivery options for FedEx through FedEx Delivery Manager or by calling 1 (800) 463-3339. You can manage your delivery options for UPS through UPS My Choice or by calling 1 (800) 742-5877. Please note that after three missed delivery attempts the package will be returned to us and there is a reshipping fee for us to ship the package again.
